Q0: Who created LinkTalent?
When 7 recruitment agents facing COVID lockdown in different parts of the world started to refer remote talents in lower-cost countries to more developed economies. The growth of demand for talent soon outpaced supply. To resolve the trust issue when talking to hundreds of newly connected agents and convince them to share their talent networks, they developed a simple system of receiving payment from employers and auto-split the fees, this was the prototype of LinkTalent.

Q2: I know someone who’s hiring remote talents, can I be a Linker?
YES, you can register to become a Linker, upload the Job Description (provided by the employer), and LinkTalent will take care of the rest. We are obliged to pay you the referral fee as soon as the employer pays LinkTalent when they found a Talent through us.

Q3: Why would Employer trust Link Talent to find remote talents?
Finding talent is becoming ever more difficult and expensive even for well-funded and reputable companies. Most employers are looking to reach more talents globally. You can think of us as a portal to many recruitment agents with strong track records around the world, now that’s definitely worth trying. Besides, we don’t get paid until a talent gets hired!

Q4: How do Linkers make sure they get paid as agreed?
Employers are legally obliged after signing agency contracts. To show commitment, some employer may even make a deposit. Secondly, when an Employer wishes to interview a Talent, the Job Posting Linker, the Talent Posting Linker, and any Linker in between, would have digitally agreed on the % fee sharing.

Q5: I know some talents who are looking for remote jobs, can I become a Linker?
YES, why settle for the best job in your town, when the world is your oyster? Simply register and post a talent profile. Talent needs to email-verify and give consent, for a redacted version of resume to become searchable by other Linkers. You will then be the exclusive gatekeeper of Jobs for this Talent, and full resume will only be disclosed to Linkers representing Jobs that the Talent give consent to, and after the fee split is agreed.
